I was never really been one to wear lipstick before as I didn’t really like the way the lipstick felt and the same goes with lip glosses but recently I’ve been wearing lipsticks a lot more and loving what a difference they can make to your appearance. So here are my top 5 current favourite lipsticks that I’m loving at the moment.

• Revlon Colourburst Matte Balm (Elusive) – This was the first Revlon Colourburst Matte Balm that I own and it’s such a lovely light pink that can go with pretty much any outfit and I love that it lasts quiet some time on the lips before you have to reapply. Defiantly going to be using this a lot this spring.

• Rubybox Beauty Smooch Stick (Latte Limbo) – When something is so creamy and easy to apply, you just want to apply it to your lips all the time even though it’s not needed and that’s what the lipstick does. This is a lovely nude/brownish colour that has a bit of shimmer which doesn’t go over board on the shimmer.

• Stila Colour Balm Lipstick (Avery) – This is a lovely shade of pink/coral. This lipstick colour balm is easily applied, it also nourishes the lips and it has a lovely smell of peppermint of course, if you’re into that scent. I find that this lasts quite a while as well.

• Rimmel London Colour Rush (05 The Redder, The Better) – I’m not someone who is brave enough to wear darker colours on my lips but I do know that red lips does suit my dark brown hair and skin tone so that’s why I decided to give this red lipstick by Rimmel a shot and I have to say, I actually love it. When applying, you can build the colour up to how ever intense you want.

• Revlon Colourburst Lip Butter (Tutti Fruitti) – This is actually one my most recent purchases and I love the formula on this as well as the colour. The formula like the title says is like butter when applying. This again, is going to be something I’ll be using a lot this spring and summer.
