September Favourites
Last month I didn’t write up a favourites for the one and only reason is that there wasn’t a single new thing that I tried out last month. This month hasn’t been too many either but at least there’s something here for the monthly favourites.
- Botanical Collection Tropical Hand & Nail Cream – I’m not much of a hand cream type of person for one, my hands aren’t severely dry that it requires moisture all the time and two, the creams I’ve tried when my hand are feeling dry just left my hands feeling greasy and I hate that feeling on my hands. When I tried out this one when my hands are feeling dry (mainly when I do some cleaning), I applied some of this and it would quickly sink in and leave my hands moisturised.
- Essie (Limo-Scene) – I mentioned this nail polish in a NOTD. This polish is as far as I know intended for French Manicures so the formula is a bit sheer but the colour is absolutely lovely. I love it for the spring time and it goes pretty well with all sorts of outfits. It required three coats.
- Chanel Perfection Lumière Velvet Foundation – I have heard a lot of the Chanel foundations and how good they are. I decided to spend a bit more money on a foundation. I was originally going to get the Vitalumière Aqua foundation but they were out of stock in a few places so I ended up getting this one instead. This foundation is so creamy and easy to apply and it provides a good coverage, especially on my blemished skin. What I also noticed about this is how the foundation stays intact, without any shine (I can get a bit shiny on the forehead and nose) throughout the whole day. I’ll have a proper, full on post about this foundation soon.
What have been your favourites in the past month?
